Family time

Our stay went very well. Plenty of parking, spacious room, safe area with many stores nearby. My bed was comfortable, but well worn. I kept rolling from middle to outer edge because of wear - time for a new mattress in Room 103 (and the privacy curtains were stained). This would not deter me from staying again as overall I was impressed with the hotel.

We were very happy with the front desk staff. Very friendly and engaging. However; the breakfast was prepared nicely and the staff helpful but the area is way too small for the food set up. If there was more space it would not look and seem and be so chaotic. Made one feel not in the mood to reach over everyone for an item. I wanted the waffles both days but the wait of 20 minutes seemed forever. So we didn’t get waffles either day. Just one of those hotel stay ritual’s.

Great hotel, just a note on use of mobile key

Nice hotel and a good stay overall. Check in was a little clunky only because the Marriott app said you could use mobile room key (versus the usual plastic cards). Not a big deal, but I didn’t realize this until I had already gone up to the room, so I had to go back down to get our room keys.

Great stay!

This hotel was so clean and quiet. The bed so was so comfortable and they had plenty of pillows and towels to accommodate all 3 of us. There was a pull out bed in the couch so i didnt have to share my bed with the kiddos. We had a great view and could see the sunset so beautifully from our bed. Also the saturday sausage and potatoes were sooooo good.

Truly upset with this place. It’s a relatively new property, only just under 5 years old. The place seems like it was slapped together and then not well maintained at all. *The room we had stunk when entering, if the ac wasn’t running, the whole room smelled. *The ac was ice cold during the day and warm at night. *The towels were yellow and smelly if available at all. I asked for them to be swapped on one day and the housekeeper only had 2. *The bathroom had moldy (or uncleaned) marks on the tub caulk. *The lounge chair in the room was dingy and had stains all over. *Cabinets falling apart. *No hand soap in room, the GM said he ordered it and it didn’t come, we had to go and buy some. *Live cockroaches in the gym amongst the broken equipment. *Pool smelled like household bleach, and lots of it, not pool chlorine. *The laundry facilities were filthy, I think my clothes came out dirtier than went in. Long black hairs all over my clothes when removed. I did clean the filter before drying.

I booked a wheelchair accessible room. My friend and I get to the room and it was a room strictly for hearing impaired. This is VERY different from a room to accommodate a wheelchair. We were told "we're sorry, we overbooked". I cannot even use the shower. Thankfully we are only staying 1 night. We will not stay here again.

Very nice room set up. We got there late at night and they didn’t have the room I reserved, I didn’t get 2 queens. The computer system went down. The sofa bed that my daughter had to sleep on didn’t have sheets, so had to make a trip downstairs. I liked the bathroom, but it had some damage to the shower, which baffles me.
