Private: natural state property 850 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (7 x 7 m, depth 160 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 26.Sep.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: table tennis, table football. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop "Marie curie" 800 m, sandy beach "Plage Lacanau Sud" 2 km, bathing lake "Lacanau Le Moutchic" 5.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, surf school 2 km, riding stable 1 km.
