Studio Telline: Located in the Oceanide residence, composed of three buildings in an arc facing the ocean, this bright studio benefits from a privileged location in Lacanau Océan. Just 100 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the Pierre Ortal walkways, accessible via a pedestrian esplanade overlooking the sea, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private car parks are located at the back of the residence. Access to the apartments is via large staircases.



The studio consists of a bright and pleasant living area, fitted with a table and high chairs, a sofa, a double bed of 140 cm and a television. The kitchenette area, integrated into the living room, is equipped with a sink, cooking plates, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and storage cupboards with crockery and kitchen utensils.



The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and toilets. The balcony, fitted with garden furniture and a parasol, offers an unobstructed view of the ocean, ideal for fully enjoying the marine environment throughout the day. A private parking space is included.



This studio is perfect for a stay for two, a few steps from the beach and the centre of Lacanau Océan. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Emplacement idéal avec vu magnifique sur l’océan, l’agence est très réactive ! Le logement en revanche est « vieillot » dans un état moyen, le sol de la salle de bain se décolle, sans parler de la propreté qui laisse à désiré, la vaisselle était très sale impossible à utiliser
