Maison le Tee Time: Small semi-detached house located in a warm village, built in the heart of a sunny clearing, near Lacanau golf course. Ideal for a family stay, it offers a peaceful setting with easy access to sports activities and beaches. The residence has a central swimming pool, with a small pool reserved for children, open from 15 June to 15 September, as well as a private parking area.



The living area is designed for your comfort with a dining space and a relaxation area equipped with a sofa and a television. The open kitchenette is functional and well-equipped with a sink, electric cooker, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, storage, crockery and utensils. A smoke detector provides additional safety.



The house offers a cabin room with bunk beds, perfect for children, and a mezzanine bedroom open to the living area, fitted with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Outside, a terrace located in front of the living room allows enjoying meals outdoors with a table and chairs.



The location is very convenient: the ocean is 2.5 km away, the lake is 3 km away, and shops are 2.5 km away, which allows you to easily combine beach, water activities, golf, and local life.

Emplacement agréable, petite maison soignée et très bien équipée. Idéal pour 2 ou famille avec petits enfants (la chambre était trop petite pour 2 ados) Petit bémol sur l'absence de transats a la piscine. Des transats a la maison auraient également été appréciés )

Nous avons passés un bon séjour agreable. L emplacement parfait la maison parfaite et fonctionnelle. Juste une chose la mezzanine ou est la chambre il n a pas été indiqué qu'il y avait une poutre basse et que la hauteur a l arrivee de l escalier est très bas ( 1.20 cm environ) nous nous sommes souvent cognés. La photo a été prise de façon a ce que nous voyons uniquement le lit et l armoure. A part cela nous avons apprécié notre séjour et si nous revenons dans le coin nous n hesiterons pas a revenir vers vous. Cordialement

Logement cosy, bien placé à proximité des pistes cyclables et des plages.

Le calme. Le logement manque de rangements (pas de placard pour la petite chambre ou pour stocker les valises). Il faut absolument changer la vieille plaque électrique pour une induction (30min pour chauffer une petite casserole d'eau).

Très satisfait

Nous recommandons ce logement bien équipé (cafetière, transats, bobyboard à disposition ...) et bien isolé (nuits tranquille même la fenêtre ouverte) avec une grande piscine chauffée dans la résidence ! Situé à 5 mins en voiture de l’océan (10 mins en vélo/30 à pieds) la localisation est idéal.
