Mimosa House: This semi-detached house is located within a pleasant residential village, on the edge of the pine forest and near the Lacanau golf course. Its calm and natural environment makes it an ideal place for relaxing holidays, while remaining at a reasonable distance from the ocean and amenities.



The residence has a communal swimming pool, accessible from 1st July to 30th September according to opening conditions.



The beach of the Ocean and the shops are located approximately 2.5 km away, while the Lacanau lake is accessible 5 km away.



The house consists of a living room equipped with a table and chairs, with a fully fitted open kitchen including a sink, four electric hobs, a fridge with freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven as well as storage, crockery and kitchen utensils.



The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 140 cm and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a double bed in 140 cm. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a washbasin, and the toilet is separate.



An open mezzanine overlooking the living area completes the interior space and accommodates a sofa and a television, offering an additional relaxation area.



Outside, the terrace overlooking the living room is fitted with a garden lounge and opens onto a small garden, ideal for enjoying fine days. A pantry and a parking space are also available.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental and can be offered as an option, upon request. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
