Located in a private marina, in the woods, with a beach reserved for residents, you will have a unique place to relax. You will be woken up by the sound of birds!
The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and an additional extra bedroom with a double futon; a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen offering a panoramic view of the garden of more than 400m2, a small bathroom and 2 terraces, one of which is covered. Wireless.
Fully equipped for 5 people (sheets, cushion, board games, books, DVD and Blueray player, outdoor games such as pétanque, molki, etc.), the house also gives you access to a sports hamlet with:

- ping pong,
- pool
But also, a private beach reserved for marina residents, overlooking the lake a 5-minute walk away, all included in the rental.
We lend 3 bikes to discover the cycle paths, all around the house, allowing you to go to Lacanau Ville in less than 15 minutes or in 40 minutes by bike to Lacanau Océan (8 minutes and 15 minutes respectively by car).
Relaxation, nature, swimming and barbecue will be your only concerns.

Très agréable sejour en famille, le logement est situé au calme sous les pins, avec piscine dans le hameau des sports.Le gros plus est la fonctionnalité du logement, tout est là: jeux de société, raquettes, livres, parasol, en passant par la console de jeux.La cuisine ne manque de rien, c'etait parfait.Proximité de l'océan est un plus.

Calme, sérénité et activités garantis !
Location conforme à l’annonce.
Calme, sécurité et sérénité pour des vacances apaisantes. Les vélos à disposition pour se rendre au lac, à l’océan ou en ville sont une bonne surprise. La proximité du lac, l’accès réservé à la piscine et au restaurant de la marina sont des avantages appréciables.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen und sauberen Umgebung . Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreiche Angebote zur sportlichen Betätigung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine sehr einladende, idyllische Strandpromenade welche in jeglicher Hinsicht keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Sehr schönes Reiseziel, welches in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert ist.

Une semaine dans un écrin de verdure
Très bon contacte dès le début avec Paula.
Fidèle à la description nous avons eu le plaisir de passer une semaine dans sa maison de famille.
La marina est un petit havre de paix où règnent tranquillité, silence et activités en tout genre.
Paula nous a mis à disposition tout ce sont nous avions besoin pour passer une agréable semaine (vélo, fond de maison, transat, BBQ,…)
La localité est idéale pour profiter des plages et tout types de points d’interêt de la région.
Présente au moment d me l’arrivé comme au départ, nous nous sentons accueillis dans son petit coin de paradis.

Très agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour tres agréable, proche de parfait ! Maison très bien équipée, lits confortables, localisation idéale proche de la piscine (5 minutes à pieds) de son petit restaurant, et du lac (plage 10 minutes à pieds) dans un environnement calme et sécurisé.

Rust met veel natuur
Het is een propere vankantiewoning met alles wat ge moet hebben. Zeer vriendelijke en correcte eigenaar.
Het is een zeer groen deel van het land met een mooie fietsinfrastructuur. Ideaal uitgangspunt voor wandelingen in de omliggende natuurgebieden. Het enige minpunt van de omgeving is dat er veel jacht is.

très bon séjour sous les pins et au bord du lac
nous avons passé quelques jours dans la maison de Paula.
celle ci est idéalement placé, au calme dans une grande foret, à quelques minutes du lac et des pistes cyclables . quel bonheur les baignades dans le lac au calme et dans un environnement magnifique. la maison est idéale pour les vacances, bien équipée, Paula laisse a disposition vélos, jeux de plage, .... ce qui est appréciable et nous avons bien apprécié dans nos vacances itinérantes tout le fond d'épicerie laissé à disposition. Paula est très réactive et je la remercie encore de la rapidité à régler un problème de plomberie afin que notre séjour se passe bien .

Maison de vacance idéale
Cette maison de vacance est idéalement situé, très bien équipée et parfaite pour un séjour en famille.
La maison est conforme à l’annonce ;
Elle dispose de tout le nécessaire ( jeux, barbecue, livres etc…).
Nous remercions chaleureusement les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité.
Un grand + pour la localisation : un hameau paisible, un lac proche de la maison, piscine résidentielle et proche de la mer Lacaneau Océan.
Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines et espérons revenir l’été prochain :)
