Semi detached house. Terrace and private garden area (25m2) opening on park wooded not overlooked. South facing. Your accommodation includes an entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen area as small American kitchen. Independent toilet on the ground floor. The fully renovated 1st floor includes a shower room with toilet (sink - shower), two bedrooms, each equipped with Italian beds (modulate your sleeping: double bed or twin beds (2 beds of 80/190 or parental bed of 160/190 ). Parking is free for residents. Wi-Fi connection. The Domaine du Golf residence, formerly Pierre et Vacances, offers many services: a large heated aquatic area open from the beginning of April to the end of September, bicycle and electric bike hire, a variety of food trucks every day (only July/ August), a children's playground, sanitary facilities and a launderette. Join the beach, the ocean, shops at 3 km, the first golf course at 1 km, the lake of Lacanau at 4km (Ref 02369).
