A fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, etc.),
A living room that can be used as a separate bedroom (it can be closed off with a curtain) with a sofa bed.

A shower room with a washing machine. Separate WC.

A mezzanine with sloping ceilings.

Open bedroom with a queen-size bed (can be closed off with a curtain).

Small outdoor area with a terrace furnished with garden furniture and a manual awning.

Enclosed grounds. Private parking, shared, unheated swimming pool, pétanque court and ping-pong table in the residence.

Direct access to the beach. The swimming pool is open from July 1st to September 15th, 2024.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the guests.
