On the ridges of Pyla, in the middle of a hyper-calm neighborhood cradled by the wind in majestic pines, this villa enjoys an ideal location thanks to quick access to amenities, the ocean and Bassin beaches, as well as various essential tourist sites in our region.
THE VILLA
Following a recent renovation, this large house adopts a slightly kitsch vintage look with the most beautiful effect that will charm you.
It will not fail to seduce you also with these many other advantages:
- fenced plot of almost 1000m2 with swings and trampoline,
- several ideally oriented terraces,
- large air-conditioned living room with billiards *, TV,…
- Five large bedrooms with 10 beds,
- Several sanitary facilities: Shower room, bathroom, separate WC,

EQUIPMENT & SERVICES
All the necessary equipment is provided in this villa including for babies and young children (Cot, and high chair).
Washing machine, reversible air conditioning, WIFI, TVs, fridge, freezer, superb gas barbecue on the terrace, billiards *, numerous board games, etc.
Possibility to park several cars and the surrounding environment makes it easy to park in front of the villa
Household linen, kitchen and hand towels are provided:

Grande maison de vacances très bien placée, on a fait tout à vélos ( électrique pour les grands parents car qlq cotes ), quartier luxueux calme familial . Maison propre,très mal isolée intérieurement mais menuiseries récentes . Meubles anciens comme décrits. Terrasse très spacieuse et agréable.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette grande maison familiale très calme. Nous avons profité de la grande terrasse avec barbecue et du billard pour terminer nos soirées. La seule amélioration serait peut-être de refaire la salle de bains du haut un peu vieillotte.

Maison bien située proche du Moulleau

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement et la terrasse où nous avons pris la quasi totalité de nos repas, sous l'ombre des arbres. Nous avons en revanche été déçu par le ménage, particulièrement l'état de la cuisine (placards sales, nous avons dû relaver la plupart des couverts...). Étant donné le montant qui nous est demandé, un effort de ménage serait le bienvenu. Autrement, chouette région !

Un séjour au soleil merveilleux

La maison est très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et boisé à 15 mn à pied de la très jolie plage du Moulleau. La maison est vaste et idéale pour un groupe de 10 pers max, superbe terrasse, grande cuisine et salon accueillant.
