Das Grundstück, Haus sowie die Einrichtung sind gehoben und lassen kaum Wünsche offen.
Leider wird in der Beschreibung ein Ruhige Umgebung suggeriert (Zitat: «Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr lärmempfindlich. Ruhe und gutes Benehmen wird erwartet. »), dies können wir nicht bestätigen. Grund hierfür liegt in der Tatsache, dass sich eine Vielzahl der Nachbarhäuser noch im Rohbau befindet und hier flessig gewerkelt wird. Auf Anfrage auf ein Statement kam leider keine Antwort der Agentur, daher Abzüge an der Bewertung.
