Just one kilometer from Lake Cazaux and 9 km from La Teste-de-Buch, stay in our brand new, single-story, 130 m² house with a 6-person outdoor hot tub (including one lounger), located in a quiet residential area at the foot of the cycle path leading to the lake and the ocean. A fully enclosed and secure 500 m² garden, as well as a 70 m² wooden terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture, await you for relaxing moments. The house features a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious and bright living room with a lounge area and a TV corner, with a large opening onto the terrace, making it ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a large wardrobe, and the other with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. A large utility/laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies is at your disposal. Parking is available for two vehicles. An outdoor electrical outlet for charging an electric vehicle is also provided. Sheets, table linens, towels, and heating are included in the price.
