This villa is a wonderful base for our own family vacation for over 15 years. The beach and shops are less than 5 minutes walk, allowing a relaxing daily pace. Many things to see and do in the area.
The house is in a quiet residential area without much traffic. You can park the car in front of the house.
The house is used regularly by the owners as a second home and is well furnished and equipped.
3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90 and 2 bunk beds), 2 bathrooms, living / dining room, TV, DVD, HIFI fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, micro -ondes).
A beautiful teak terrace, sunny with garden furniture, chairs, at the back of the house.
The house is in a quiet residential area without much traffic. You can park the car in front of the house.
