We had a fantastic holiday for two weeks in this house. Price / value ratio was excellent. The house is nicer and bigger then shown on the photo's. The two sleeping rooms at the 1st floor are very spacious. At arrival the house was cleaned very well. We enjoined also the swimming pool which has a very nice terrace with a big floating parasol (which is not on the photos). Also it was equipped with brand new beach chairs. There is also a quite neat bathroom with good and large (8kg) washing machine. The location of the house is unbeatable. Just 10-15 minutes walk to the famous Roque Gageac village. Same distance to Canoe rental and a beach. The nearby beach (Plage des pendoilles) is also the best Dordogne beach there is we found out! Also other sightseeing is amazingly close by. Apart from Rocomadour we never drove more then 20 minutes to visit sightseeing.

Très bon séjour à la Roque Gageac

Nous avons séjourné dans un des chalets de Julien pendant une quinzaine de jours au mois de septembre. Le chalet est très bien agencé et équipé pour se sentir comme à la maison. Le porche est très agréable ainsi que le jardin et la piscine. Il y a une magnifique vue pour contempler le coucher de soleil. Pour les amateurs des barbecues et petites pauses apéro pétanque c'est le top! Le lieu est idéal pour se ressourcer et faire les plus belles visites qu'offre le Périgord noir car tout est à proximité. Le second chalet ne dérange en aucun cas car chacun à son intimité. Et si vous voulez venir en famille ou entre amis, c'est top d'avoir 2 chalets côte à côte. Pour ceux ou celles qui veulent télétravailler malheureusement il n'y a pas de wifi. Nous y reviendrons prochainement !

Très bonne communication avec l'hôte d'une extrême gentillesse. L'emplacement est vraiment géniale, proche de tout. Concernant la maison, précisons que cette dernière est mitoyenne mais très honnêtement cela n'entache en rien l'intimité de la propriété. Très beau chalet avec beaucoup d’espace, tout à disposition il ne manque rien pour passer un magnifique séjour. Parfaitement situé, à peine 10min de tout. Et pour parfaire le tout une piscine privée rien que pour nous, de quoi décompresser et profiter un maximum. Propriétaire vraiment agréable et disponible. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !! Logement plutôt conforme à l'annonce, à savoir une maison divisée en deux logements distincts. On pourrait davantage insister sur le fait que tout a été parfaitement pensé pour qu'on ait l'impression d'être seul sur la propriété: deux parkings distincts, deux entrées, et surtout deux piscines! A l'intérieur, tout est simple mais confortable. Et surtout la localisation est idéale, à deux pas d'innombrables sites à visiter. Le propriétaire ou ses représentants sont très disponibles. Nous recommandons chaudement.

Location très bien équipée et aux portes de Laroque . Endroit calme et reposant . Le seul bémol en ce qui nous concerne a été la literie. Ce serait bien que les matelas soient plus confortables.

Un gîte bien agréable

Le gîte est très bien placé à proximité immédiate de nombreux sites touristiques. Le logement est conforme à la description, bien agencé et spacieux. Très bien équipé. Seul petit bémol, la température des chambres de l'étage reste élevée par forte chaleur... L'extérieur est agréable et l'environnement est propice à la détente. L'accueil par la personne présente sur place était très sympa. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
