T2 70 m² + garage, very bright and quiet. Two quality beds, one in the bedroom, the other in the living room. Apartment in a very quiet residence, close to the central market. Ideal place to relax (peaceful neighborhood). We are 10 minutes from the old port, Charruyer park and 15 minutes on foot from the competition beach (via a pleasant stroll through the city center where the parks). The apartment has wc + living room with two bay windows + bedroom with bay window + kitchen + pantry + bathroom + two large balconies of 10 m² each (installation of a relaxation area on one of them). Very comfortable bedding (bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress) Being on vacation, it is an agency that manages the inventory, the delivery of keys, etc. Remember to bring 140 bed linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillows 60) as well as bathroom linen. If you wish, all this can be rented from the agency.
Internal rules:
No party, no evening (very quiet residence, thank you to also respect the tranquility of the place if you choose to stay with us). No smoking. No animals. Not suitable for children from 0 to 12 years old.
A person affiliated with an agency will be there to receive you and do the various formalities of use. Exit schedule: noon at the latest. Entrance hours: between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. (possible every day except Sundays and public holidays).

Appartement très agréable
Idéalement placé pour faire les courses et visiter le centre historique à pied. L'emplacement de parking en sous-sol est hautement appréciable. Très belle vue sur La Rochelle. Très propre et bien équipé, même si un four micro-onde serait un plus. Un petit bémol pour le système de fenêtres doubles (3) dont à chaque fois 1 sur 2 est très difficile à faire coulisser.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un appartement pratique, bien équipé, propre, très bien situé et très calme.... Tout pour être bien, une petite terrasse et une place de parking en prime, fort appréciables à La Rochelle !

L'appartement est conforme à la description sur Abritel. L'accueil avec Valerie est parfait. L'emplacement est idéal pour tout faire à pied .Pour cela, le garage est vraiment parfait car il est impossible de se garer en ville . L'appartement est vraiment lumineux et très calme. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien .

Résidence très agréable et très calme.Bien située par rapport au centre ville.
Appartement bien équipé et arrangé avec goût . Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Monsieur Coutelas qui se met vraiment au service de ses locataires ce qui est assez rare !!!.
En bref opinion plus que favorable.

Situation idéale pour découvrir La Rochelle à pieds ou à vélo
Très bon accueil du propriétaire avec tous les renseignements nécessaires pour un bon séjour. Appartement en centre ville, très pratique, bien équipé, spacieux pour un couple, nickel pour la propreté. Situé à 10 min à pieds du marché et à 20 min du vieux port en traversant l'hyper centre de La Rochelle. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et comptons revenir.
