We offer you our large studio of 30 m2 close to the seaside and 5 minutes by bike from the city center, ideal for a moment of relaxation in the great outdoors.
The apartment is new and has a terrace with partial sea view.
The residence is fairly new and very quiet. You will have private parking for your vehicle.

The apartment is located 25 minutes by a nice walk from the city center by a cycle path that runs along the ocean.

The Ile de Ré is 5 minutes by car.

Great little apartment

Very convenient for a walk into La Rochelle (about 20 minutes). Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Local shops very friendly and convenient. Good having a private car park.

Compact but well equipped

A useful base from which to explore La Rochelle. A compact but clean and comfortable apartment. The harbour was just over a mile away so it would have been very useful to access the 2 free bikes that were advertised, but not available. The bikes were one of the reasons why we booked the apartment in the first place.

Très content de notre séjour, avec un chaleureux accueil d'Ingrid. L'appartement est très bien situé, on a bien profité des balades le long du bord de mer qui est à 2 min. L'équipement de l'appartement aussi est top, on a juste posé nos valises et hop, on était chez nous. On sent que le propriétaire tient beaucoup au confort de ses hôtes,, tout est bien pensé. Et les 2 capsules de café à côté de la machine était un geste très sympa. En résumé, je recommande ce lieu

Très bon séjour a la Rochelle

Arnaud a été super, très arrangeant, sympathique ! Il nous a donner des petit conseils pour le week end. Le fait d'avoir eut des vélos étais super pour se deplacer (5/10 min de la ville). L'appartement très propre, cuisine et salle de bain neuve. Le petit balcon, petit plus pour des petits dej au soleil ! Je recommande !

Agréable, oui mais....

Appartement lumineux, très propre, lit très confortable. Mais la cuisine est inadéquate (frigidaire qui en fait est un congélateur et trop petit, pas de four, pas de cafetière complète, pas de thière, quelques saladiers supplémentaires seraient la bienvenue. La salle de bain aura besoin d’un coup de jeunesse surtout au niveau de la robinetterie. Les fauteuils sont inconfortables. De ce fait, le rapport qualité/prix me semble injustifié. Et c’est dommage....

SEJOUR AGREABLE

Logement agréable, propreté impeccable, environnement calme, proche du centre ville de La Rochelle 20 mn à pied, accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Seul bémol : vue très très partielle sur la mer. De plus , en raison de travaux de façade avec échafaudages, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse, présence d'ouvriers sur cette même terrasse
