Nous sommes arrivées à 19h pour faire le check-in, 20 personnes attendaient déjà. Le gérant nous dit que tout est complet or j'ai une réservation et j'ai déjà payé. Il ne prend même pas la peine de regarder sur son ordinateur si il a ma réservation et me dit que c'est complet. La propreté est inexistante. Le gérant fait juste acte de présence. La police a du intervenir pour faire comprendre au gérant que la situation n'est pas normale. Il ne cherche même pas à nous reloger. Nous avions donc le choix de dormir dans notre voiture ou rien. Aucune compassion ou aide pour trouver une solution, 23h nous repartons sans rien. Situation plus qu'inadmissible. FUYEUX l'endroit !!!!!!

Uniquement pour le bas prix en haute saison.

Séjour familial de 5 nuits. Tarif très bon marché mais prestations très insuffisantes. La chambre n'a été faite qu'une fois, sur ma demande insistante en 5 jours. Même la poubelle n'a pas été vidée. Pas de service petit-déjeuner, aucun distributeur de nourriture approvisionné,. J'ai demandé une facture, qui ne m'a pas été remise le jour du départ. L'accueil était encore fermé à 10h00 du latin.

Hôtel tout simplement à déconseiller en rien comparable à la photo, l'accueil pas sympa, chambre non disponible à 16 H30, sanitaires sales et en mauvais état, pas de papier toilette, obliger de demander les serviettes, charriot de linge sale dans le couloir en permanence. pas de petit déjeuner servi, De plus avec le coronavirus, aucun affichage des gestes barrières et de gel disponible à l'entréd. En résumé hôtel où il faut faire un grand ménage et beaucoup de travaux

Douche sale ,toillette sale,jardin extérieur decharge publique (vieux frigo...) et la pelouse pourrait au moins .etre tondue! On sait que les hôtels F1 ont mal vieillis, tout de même un minimum d'entretien ne ferait pas de mal!.....
