The house was awesome. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. The neighborhood is gorgeous, extremely well maintained and within walking distance of the Stadium Course Clubhouse. Highly recommended with a beautiful view of the Stadium Course.

Beautiful property and back yard. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Pool was great but had a few issues with the jacuzzi app. Property was not on the 18th hole but at the practice putting area after the 18th hole.

Great property on the golf course

Beautifully decorated and great layout. Super nice outdoor space with pool, outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Close to grocery store. We really enjoyed staying an extra long weekend. The property seems brand new.

Incredible house & location!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice! Main living/kitchen is huge and bedrooms are very spacious. The outdoor space is beautiful overlooking both the course and mountains! Location was perfect, with a very short walk to the clubhouse for golf/drinks and 5 min drive to grocery store. The best communication from the property manager out of any VRBO we’ve stayed in. Michael was SO responsive and accommodating. 12/10, we will definitely be back!

Gorgeous New Home with all the extras

Beautiful open layout in this new home with lots of extras. We loved the pool, spa, putting green, ping pong and e-bike option. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive with questions and requests. Great views. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Wonderful stay

We spent 6 days at this wonderful property and enjoyed everything. We loved the pool and hot tub and also enjoyed the putting green. An unfortunate wind storm kind of ended our time on a sad note, but the response from the managers was quick. This was the case throughout our stay! Practical suggestions: Add towel hooks in the bathrooms, stock wash cloths, and as a cook I would have like to see more storage containers and a grill brush. We really enjoyed the indoor table and many chairs, and the size of the island. We also liked that there was a bed for the one-year-old. A high chair would be a lovely addition for families. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location in a new house

House is new and looks onto the putting green for Stadium/Nick at PGA West. Very accommodating host - was able to check-in early and flexible for late check-out too. House was clean as expected with a new property. Everything worked well and the pool and spa are both well heated. It's very nice to sit out and look over the golf course. The development is new so it's pretty easy to get in and out and it's right next to the PGA West clubhouse, so 2 mins to get to the tee time. Can also practice putting at the side of the house. The house easily accommodated five of us. I assume that they haven't rented out too much yet and there are a minor items that could improve the overall experience - the beds in the two "other" rooms are too hard and the living room could be a bit more comfortable. Overall very happy with the stay and would return.
