It is on a corner lot with great Mountain Views and lots of sunshine to enjoy the private pool and spa and BBQ. Easy access to the PGA Stadium course and Ernie's Bar and Grill. Near the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds with easy access to great public golf courses. Community features a great fitness center and other amenities.

Located a few minutes from the private residence is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, outdoor living/BBQ area, gym fitness center, and shuffleboard.
