A tranquil one bedroom condo at Casitas Las Rosas in the heart of Old Town La Quinta. The upstairs unit features a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom and spacious bedroom. The serene setting and central location make this the perfect place to make your vacation dreams come true!

The Space:
Guests enter the 2nd floor condo from a shared landing at the top of one flight of exterior stairs from the community parking lot below. The front door is on the right as you reach the 2nd floor and is equipped with a programmable deadbolt and guests will receive a unique access code prior to arrival. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a warm and inviting living area with a queen sleeper sofa, two side chairs and a coffee table. A wall-mounted smart TV sits above a gas fireplace and creative, colorful art surrounds as you relax in this comfortable retreat. There are 4 bar stools at a breakfast bar/countertop separating the kitchen from the living space. The full kitchen is equipped with every major appliance including a refrigerator/freezer, gas range/oven, built-in microwave and dishwasher. Ample cookware and dinnerware make meal preparation and service a breeze during your stay. A large bathroom with a spacious vanity, toilet and combination shower/tub sits between the living area and the bedroom and a stacked washer/dryer is in a closet just off the kitchen. The bedroom features a king bed, desk with chair, wall-mounted smart TV and a large walk-in closet perfect for storing all your luggage and travel gear. A small balcony outside the front door provides southern mountain views and there is plenty of parking in the lot below the unit.

The condo is at the front of Casitas Las Rosas just a short-walk across the street to Old Town La Quinta. Home to multiple restaurants and shops for any time of the day. The community pool and hot tub are also just steps away. Pool towels and a pool key are provided for your stay. The condo is part of the Embassy Suites but it can be a great alternative to a hotel room and you're not far from the hotel lobby if you are attending an event or conference. You won't find a better location in the heart of La Quinta for a couple of nights or a couple of weeks. Nuestra casa es su casa!

Guest Access:
California Vacation Villas provides guests with 24-hour contactless check-in and check-out through automated access. Guests will receive a door code specific to their stay 7 days prior to arrival. The code will activate at 4pm on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11am on the day of departure. Casitas Las Rosas has open/unassigned parking in the lots surrounding the condos.

The Neighborhood:
Casitas Las Rosas is located in the village of La Quinta surrounding the Embassy Suites hotel. The resort condo community consists of 144 one bedroom units at approximately 700 square feet each. Five community pool and hot tubs are spread throughout the condo buildings and are available for guest use year-round. Ample free parking is available in lots surrounding the condo buildings and hotel security monitors the property 24 hours a day. The Embassy Suites hotel is in the middle of the condo community. Casitas Las Rosas is not affiliated with the Embassy Suites but hotel amenities can be used on a fee basis including their spa and restaurant. Old Town La Quinta is located directly across Calle Tampico from the community and offers a variety of excellent dining options and local shops. Casitas Las Rosas is a perfect choice for smaller parties looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.

This is a sweet little casita. Really close to Old Town and an easy walk to a lovely city park. The unit is so quiet considering the high density nature of condo living. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay and being so close to old town La Quinta. Listing is exactly as described, comfortable bed and nice accommodations. Walking distance to Old Town with great shops, restaurants and farmers market on Sunday. Trails close by, and mostly quiet area. Pool and hot tub were nice, well maintained.

Wonderful little getaway!

Had a great time in La Quinta! No complaints here as this place had everything and the best part was no one was in the pool and spa each day! Very quiet at night and nice black out curtains in the large bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed also. We went for the PowerTrip festival and it was nice and close to the polo fields. I'm sure the area is busier during the Coachella/Stagecoach weekends but for us it was just perfect. Will definitely book again if we ever need to come back to the area :)

Lovely condo

This is a very lovely one bedroom condo within a 3 minute walk to old town la quinta. It’s spacious with a nice eat in kichen large bedroom and spacious bathroom. Plenty of closet space too. Minor issues: the air conditioning won’t go any cooler than 72 degrees, the television required the maintenance staff to figure out its use as the instructions were not right, and the bathtub needs a workable plug. Overall it was a great place to land for a week away.
