Gite on the ground floor of the house, with independent access from the outside including a living room-kitchen lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people 160x200 cm), a bedroom (2 single beds 80x200 cm that can be combined into 1 double bed 160x200 cm), a bathroom (walk-in shower), separate WC. Private ski room / bike room. Grassy terrace. Private parking on the road (winter) at 50m or in summer, parking possible in front of the cottage. In a hamlet on the mountainside overlooking the road, 2 km from the La Roche chairlift with ample parking (or free shuttle 200 meters away linking all the other resorts of La Plagne), this house is made up of 2 gites, one on the ground floor and the other on the ground floor. The living room is spacious and bright, where it is good to relax in front of the fireplace. Local materials such as stone, wood and exposed beams give a pleasant mountain character. The ski room / bike room is private and is located outside the cottage. At the gates of the La Plagne estate, le Beuil, a single-storey gite with a large grassy terrace offers stunning mountain views. Summer and winter, take advantage of all the activities offered by the different villages, for young and old. A stay at altitude to recharge your batteries!
