Le falta mucho a la estancia para estar a un nivel razonablemente aceptable por cualquier vacacionista. No hay aire acondiocionado ni luz, ni wifi, en la habitación de manera continua pues presenta intermitencias muy muy largas que te hacen sufrir con el calor y cuando por fin hay aire acondicionado, éste es insuficiente para el tamaño de la habitación. el personal es muy amable y hace lo que puede con lo que tiene, no es culpa de ellos claro está. La alberca está muy sucia, las habitaciones se abren por fuera sin mayor sistema de seguridad pues solo tienen una armella. La llave del agua de mi ducha se cierra despues de unos segundos y falla todo el tiempo. El agua solo es caliente y no hay otra opcion disponible. El hotel no cuenta con un lugar de recepción de quejas o de nada, hay que adivinar y buscar por todos lados al personal.

Desde que llegamos no sabían que íbamos a llegar, no cuenta con los servicios básicos como luz, agua caliente, los vidrios de los cuartos están rotos, no tiene sistema de seguridad en las puertas, las sabanas están sucias, la alberca estaba sucia y fría. No tiene servicio de restaurante ni bebidas como agua, la realidad es que creo deberían de quitarlo como opción para hospedaje.

Levante un reporte ante ustedes debido a que la propiedad no es lo que ofrecen. Busquen el expediente. Desafortunadamente tendre que demandarlos a ustedes porque no respondieron.}Sólo permanecia 2 horas en ese disque hotel, el cual no cuenta con NINGUNO DE LOS SERVICIOS QUE OFRECEN, No tienen conectividad a internet, NO tienen aire acondicionado, la puerta a la habitación no tiene cerrojo y te piden que con una armella literalmente mantengas cerrada la habitación. No tienen ni una cocina, si quieres ordenar comida tienes que decirles que vayan hasta La Paz (aproximadamente 35km) para que te lleven comida. Por tal motivo me puse en contacto con ustedes para que se devolviera el total de mi reservación... Al responderme ustedes que no lo pueden hacer me veo en la penosa necesidad de demandarlos ante la PROFECO

La peor experiencia de mi vida y no estoy exagerando, el hotel parecía una casa abandonada, todo estaba lleno de polvo, nos quedamos sin luz sin internet, no había nisiquiera para un vaso de agua en el hotel, el restaurante estaba abandonado, la alberca estaba verde y llena de hongos y lama, no miento cuando digo que parecía una casa abandonada de película de terror, yo tenía que hacer chek in tarde por que venía de un viaje en carretera y nadie nos respondió nunca ni el teléfono ni whats app en donde intentábamos comunicarnos, nunca hubo una respuesta de parte del hotel, te recibe un señor que no te resuelve ni tiene idea de nada, súper grosero, no había toallas para 6 pax cuando se rentó una para esa cantidad de personas, nos quedamos sin luz sin internet y sin nada en un hotel en medio de la nada, para llegar a la tienda más cercana son 30 minutos en carro. De verdad si pueden evitar este lugar, pagamos dos noches y ni el hotel ni esta página se hizo responsable de nada, por más que subimos evidencias, estuve un día entero intentando que me ayudaran ya que no queríamos seguir en un lugar sin luz ni aire, el hotel se hizo de oídos sordos y la página solo nos día una compensación miserable que solo nos obligaba a usar aquí mismo en la página en donde ya no había opción de hospedaje, al final pagamos más por hospedarnos de emergencia en el único hotel que la página nos ofrecía, terminamos gastando más y nadie absolutamente nadie se hizo responsable de nada, arruinó todo
