The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. A sofa bed is available; alternatively, the host can provide a folding bed if needed. The apartment is in a lovely complex, however, the pool not available throughout our stay as it was being refurbished with the sound of drilling throughout the day time. We had not been made aware of this and would not have booked the apartment had we known. The owner was not in anyway accomodating towards making good by way of some compensation. Even a small amount would have shown some kindness. The apartment is in need of some care, there was a very strong damp smell throughout and we could not leave windows open as the traffic was too noisy. Towels provided were few and threadbare. I have stayed in the Marfolin apartments 4 times, this one comes last. I love El Cotillo but was most disappointed with the way we were treated by the owner.
