Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' house with independent access. Entrance through a glass roof, kitchen, living room with sleeping area, bathroom with WC (walk-in shower). Private parking in the owners' courtyard. Private terrace with dining area. All included (sheets, towels and cleaning). Comfortable cottage in an old Savoy fortified house, completely renovated by the owners. Large living rooms offering plenty of space for 3 people. Garden shared with the owners. Private terrace benefiting from a beautiful and shaded exposure. Quality immediate environment in a very quiet area. An old Savoyard fortified house located on the heights of Chambéry, 8 km away. In summer, it's close to Lake Bourget, 10 km away, and Lake Aigueblette, 15 km away. Hiking and mountain biking trails are nearby. Chambéry Greenway V63 is 7 km away. Numerous shops and services are 2 km away.
