Bell'appartamento isola meravigliosa, vacanza perfetta.

Ottima posizione, centrale ma molto tranquilla. L'appartamento è In palazzina elegante recentemente ristrutturata. Accesso con ascensore, ci sono cmq una ventina di gradini da percorrere. Le foto sul sito descrivono bene. L'appartamento è bello, ben tenuto, arredato con personalità. Pulito, luminoso e fresco, non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo. Bagno grande con doccia super. Cucina moderna superaccessoriata. Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio nei pressi, forse a giugno più semplice anche se l'isola era già molto affollata. Va tenuto conto che si è nel centro storico e i relativi spazi non sono molti. Grazie di tutto, penso proprio che torneremo.

Un soggiorno da sogno

L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro, al secondo piano di un condominio signorile di cinque piani. Appena entrati siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalle dimensioni più che generose della casa, adatte anche a una famiglia con tre figli adolescenti come la nostra. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose, arredate bene, si vede un tocco femminile ovunque. La cucina è stata recentemente rinnovata ed è attrezzata di tutto il necessario. A dire il vero, nelle case che avevamo fittato in passato non c’era neanche la metà delle stoviglie che abbiamo potuto utilizzare qui. Ho trovato particolarmente utile lo spazio generoso per la stenditura dei panni sul balcone di servizio della cucina, indispensabile durante il soggiorno al mare. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto un altro grande balcone dove sorseggiare un buon Vermentino con la vista del paesino, una striscia azzurra del mare con lo sfondo dell’isola di S. Stefano e le montagne che si stagliavano sull’orizzonte. A luglio non era difficile trovare un parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze dello stabile. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e la proprietaria, anche se non presente sull’isola, molto disponibile per qualunque nostra esigenza. Ritorneremo.

Grande appartamento situato in un punto strategico

La Maddalena é sempre bellissima e noi abbiamo fatto delle bellissime ferie, siamo stati solo un pó sfortunati nei piccoli dettagli nell'appartamento, essendo che la proprietaria non si trova sul luogo ma ha cercato lo stesso in tutti i modi di accontentarci. Consiglio vivemente di trascorrere le vacanze su questo bellissimo arcipelago ma soprattutto di fare anche le escursioni in barca per le meravigliose isole che la circondano. Noi sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Ottima posizione e molto spaziosa ma la struttura necessita manutenzioni........

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Maria dal 12 al 18 agosto ... periodo particolarmente caldo in Sardegna ed il prezzo pagato è stato in linea con la stagione. Appena entrati le pulizie non erano state ben eseguite e devo segnalare al riguardo la disponibilità della proprietaria che sebbene non fosse in zona ha organizzato immediatamente e gratuitamente un ulteriore servizio di pulizia che è stato di nostra soddisfazione. Altra nota positiva lo spazio disponibile composto da tre camere da letto ed un bagno ampio più sala e cucina. Note negative...: l'appartamento si trova in un edificio molto vecchio che necessiterebbe una decisa manutenzione e ristrutturazione sia dell'intonaco esterno che dei balconi. Anche internamente la casa a mio parere avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, in sostanza, a parte alcuni accessori "isolani", l'appartamento andrebbe completamente ristrutturato, gli infissi a cominciare dal portone d'ingresso andrebbero sostituiti ed in generale, tutti i locali, bagno e cucina in primis, dovrebbero essere sistemati. La cucina sebbene non proprio all'ultima moda, è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari ed accessori vari, al nostro arrivo tuttavia mancava gran parte del materiale di pulizia che abbiamo dovuto comprare. Insomma, ottimo per lo spazio (sono veramente pochi gli appartamenti con 3 camere), la posizione (si trova in centro subito dietro la chiesa) ed accessori in cucina ma tutto il resto andrebbe decisamente rivisto..

casa ospitale in area tranquilla a pochi passi dal centro

casa completamente arredata di tutto il necessario, ospitale che sembra proprio di essere a casa propria, decisamente spaziosa per 4 persone, camere soggiorno e bagno tutto spazioso.Si nota che viene anche utilizzata dalla proprietaria per le vacanze dalla cura e presenza di tutto il necessario ad un confortevole soggiorno. La posizione leggermente dominante assicura una vista che spazia da Palau a capo d'orso... Il tutto a 3 minuti a piedi dal centro della Maddalena con negozi e ristoranti disponibili. Le diverse ed incantevoli spiagge del isola si raggiungono facilmente in max 20 minuti di auto.
