It is close to the airport , about 2 miles , that is the advantage of the place ,it has six rooms , air-conditioned.

Great for one night

The front desk worker was very nice and friendly. I read some reviews about confusion about payment and so I wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged twice. I texted with the virtual agent on Hotels.com and got the answer that the front desk was correct. They needed to charge me at the hotel. I was a little bit surprised because I had chosen to pay on the app, but when I checked the credit card charge, it was at zero a little strange but everything seems to be OK. The hotel is clean enough and again super friendly front desk with some knowledge of English. The parking is street parking however we didn’t have any problems.

The staff was very friendly. Location was close to many shops and dining options. Hotel was not far from the airport and the area seemed much safer than Centro San Pedro.

Hotel did not want to honor my hotels.com booking

The hotel tried to have my pay in cash and cancel my hotels.com booking. My hotels.con booking was not refundable. In order for them to honor my original booking, I had to threaten to go leave and stay at another hotel.

They didn't accept my booking AND PAYMENT from Expedia. They wrote me on Whatsapp saying i should cancel my reservation on Expedia, but as we all know, Expedia will charge you that... They made me pay cash at arrival, even if they ensured me beforehand, that they will clarify with Expedia. Don't let them fool you, they just want cash instead of transactions. If you want to go to this hotel, just call them and pay cash when you arrive. (Don't pay through Expedia) Actually also Expedia doesn't want to refund me, i will never book again anything with Expedia! Hotel is "ok" for a quick stay. Bed was dirty, they had no shampoo in the bathroom, the rest and the pool is ok. Staff is friendly but they want cash/effectivos...
