Located behind a gated entry wall on a private one-half-acre lot, La Jolla Paradise offers a perfect fusion of style and comfort set against breathtaking views of the sparkling eastern nightlights and mountains from the La Jolla hills.

The open layout is adorned with multiple living spaces and two large dining tables, providing ample seating for guests, and the adjacent gourmet kitchen comes equipped with everything needed to create and share your favorite meals with friends and family.

Lovely Property, Great Pool

We throughly enjoyed our multi-generational stay with the highlights being the spaciousness of common areas and all the windows bringing the outdoors in! The location worked out well for our travels to SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla sites. We paid the daily fee to heat the pool and were pleasantly surprised on the water temperature. The Spa accommodated 6 people. The pool was huge, allowing for lap swimming. There was a boardwalk along the rear of the property offering great views of the city. There were a few outdoor games at the property including bocce, connect four, & croquet. While the house is aging a bit (to be expected), the interiors were beautiful, interesting and clean. There were two dishwashers which we thought excessive at first, but we ended up using regular, while one was washing, we could start the next round of dirty dishes. A few things we would have appreciated: felt pads on the bottom of stools/chairs, resealable food containers, working light over cooktop (underside of microwave), another frying pan and a few mixing type bowls.Bedrooms were spacious and most were located down a hallway, keeping common space noise to a minimum. The mattresses could use replacing, but we all felt they were acceptable. Bedding was comfortable and ample.The property management company was excellent to work with. All in all we loved the uniqueness and modern vibe of this property. We would highly recommend others stay at this property.

Ladies golf trip - Sukiyaki 2024

The house is very nice but for the price I would expect to have more than salt and pepper for spices. The hot tub didn’t heat up on our last night. Doors going out to pool are a bit dangerous if you attempt to grab handle. If you push, it’s fine otherwise your finger gets trapped in the door. The outdoor fireplace didn’t come on either but there is lots of space to hang out. The house needs a bit of maintenance but we managed.

Exec Retreat

We recently used this rental house for an executive retreat, and it was absolutely perfect! The house had fantastic indoor and outdoor space, ideal for both our large group meetings and breakout sessions. The open layout made it easy for everyone to interact and collaborate. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed for meals. The views from the property were stunning, providing the perfect backdrop for a productive yet relaxing environment. Communication with the management team was seamless as they were very responsive and addressed any questions or requests promptly. The location was convenient, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, this house exceeded our expectations and was a huge contributor to the success of our event.
