Tienen amplio parqueo, el Restaurante con muy bonita vista al mar . Me hubiese gustado algun rotulo que dijera recepcion porq se encuentra en el mismo restaurante y si estuve un poco perdida para hacer check in. El desayuno esta incluido y muy delicioso. El personal tambien muy amable, lss villas estan un poco viejas pero en buena condicion, la unica inconveniencia fue que no teniamos agua en la villa, ni para usar el baño ni para ducharse o lavarte las manos, se lo comunique a alguien del personal y me dijeron q estaban trabajando en eso pero el problema persistio durante toda mi estadia y por esa razon quiza no volveria a hospedarme aqui. Escuche a otro huesped quejarse de lo mismo pueda que sea problems en todas las villas.

The staff is 10/10 super friendly and helpful, eager to solve any problems. The location is 10/10 in terms of amazing beach, nice sandy beach break. But rhere are no restaurants or stores in walking distance. Thw hotel is quite run down. We complained and they offered us a nicer room, but even the nicer room was run down. No hot water, broken furniture, even the kitchen cutlery was rusty. The staff and beach are fantastic but the accommodation is very rough.

Terrible, muy descuidado el lugar. Las habitación requieren de una buena limpieza. Pésimo servicio en el restaurant, se tardaban más de 1 hr en servir la comida supuestamente el desayuno empieza a las 7 am y hasta las 8;39 nos lo sirvieron y eso que solo éramos mi hijo y yo ordenando desayuno. El primer día nos cobraron demás por lo que consumimos. No se los recomiendo. El único plus es que esta en la playa!

Room was clean, check-in process was smooth. The hotel was kind enough to grant me an early check-in. There's no hotel lobby so the process was a bit confusing as you only talk with a guy to make changes, check-in and acquire any information/keys. Other than that its as expected. The Hotel has a very well known restaurant inside called La Hola Betos which expands to a beachfront property.

I enjoyed my time at Las Olas. The room is spacious for me and my family and every morning I enjoyed the typical Salvador and breakfast. The staff was very tentative. It’s walking distance to the beach and I hope that I can return there sometime in the near future, I love El Salvador.
