Beach House is located directly on the beach! Just 20 minutes away from the airport. Playa Costa Del Sol

Esta hermosa casa está directamente frente a la playa y con acceso privado. La propiedad tiene más de 30 cocoteros y una glorieta con 4 hamacas ( si usted lo desea) . Se ofrecen servicios adicionales si así ustedes lo desean. Por un costo de $20 por día por 12 personas y $25 por 14 personas o más. Si gusta usar los servicios de la persona , tiene q ser cancelado directamente con Ella.

Caretaker Services: Groups up to 14 people $20 per day, 14 or more $25 per day would be happy to take on the responsibility of preparing meals and clean up after. (Food/Charcoal not included) Arrangements for that can be made before you arrive, payment for service is made directly to caretaker each day… (not included in rental fee)
Keeping the house, patio and pool area clean is your responsibility if you choose not to use caretaker services Just like you are at home

The home is surrounded by 6-foot walls, large front gate, and locked beach gate, There’s tons of open green space for family, private pool with built in BBQ area. The kitchen is very spacious and has a coffeemaker . the button has to be pressed on (grind off) so machine can operate with no problems . Large coconuts trees provide lots of shade.

Awesome beachfront property! Its obviously not a Hilton, but its still pretty cool! Beach was awesome! Pool was nice, plenty of space and ac worked just fine! Groundskeeper was attentive and helpful! I had an amazing time with our family of 12! Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Overall would come again!

Rosalina was so responsive before, during, and after our trip. We were definitely pestering her with our many requests and questions, but she never made us feel like a nuisance. The house is nice and spacious. Great access to the beach. You can tell the house hasn’t gotten work done in a while or well taken care of but it’s a nice place to stay at for a few days to relax. Kitchen worked fine. We had some issues with wifi and fridge, but host assisted us quickly. House care takers live on the property, separate house. They were nice and accommodating. AC does get shut off after 9am, but the rooms and house have good ventilation so fresh air always came in. We also had no issues with playing music during night time. Pool is clean and nice to swim in, do note there are about 3 cameras surveillance the pool area. Overall would recommend if you are just looking for a nice ocean front house to stay at for a few days and you primarily like spending time outdoors during the day.

It’s a nice place. Well located. Very spacious. The problem was they have the a/c units programmed to run only from 7pm til 9am. At certain temperature you can not adjust it the way you like it. And some of the outdoor lights weren’t working by the bbq. But overall it’s a good place

Read the rules in detail if planning to stay. NO AC until 7pm and shut off at 9am regardless of intense heat weather (unsafe if traveling with young children or elderly). Unable to use one of the rooms due to no AC or fan functioning. No towels or paper towels available. No hot water. Thin sheets to sleep in. Basically you're paying for a roof near the ocean. Would not recommend, for similar price we got something way better the following day.
