We loved our location in La Fortuna. We rented a car so we could move around easily for food and excursions. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the outdoor space. The property manager met us at a nearby restaurant to take us to the home and get us acquainted with the property. We had some trouble with the air conditioning, but the host was very responsive and the problems were fixed immediately.

I loved how this house was in a gated community and off the beaten path. We would sit outside on the patio to play games while the kids swam in the pool. The wildlife was incredible that we could see right from the patio and the pool. The second bathroom is outside on the patio, which I did not realize when I booked it. But it wasn’t a big deal at all.

The house has an intense smell of mildew. Otherwise good location and functional. Second bathroom is outdoors and we didn’t open it. Laundry room is also outside but is clean and new.

We had a wonderful time! This is a great location and felt very safe. It is a nice distance into town but removed when we needed some down time. The property management company was awesome. They were always so responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property! Wish we would have had more time to spend here.

Beautiful home in safe neighborhood

The property was accurately described and was a perfect location for our family. I did not realize the home was in a gated community and that the house also had a gated yard. We felt safe the entire time.

Beautiful and safe

The location is great and everyone is so friendly. The guys can help you with tours if you haven't booked anything yet. The pool with the view of Arenal volcano can't be beat. The outdoor patio and pool area is probably the best part of the house.

Location was excellent! Plenty of space for all of us to stay. The couches in the living room were a little bit uncomfortable, but the outdoor area was lovely! Extremely clean! Wood stay again! Great place for family vacation

Great experience

My family of 6 rented the home, and had a great time. The kids all loved the pool! The sleeping arrangements were ideal, with all 4 kids getting their own beds. The kitchen had what we needed for basic meals, and the home was very clean. Communication was good, and the people at the guard shack were helpful when we needed to change a flat tire and our rental vehicle didn't have proper equipment. We had to drive a bit to get to most activities, but we prefer to stay a little away from all the bustle. Overall a good experience.

Amazing place

This rental is amazing. The view and the diner place outside makes all the difference while the kids enjoy the swimming pool. Its very clean and safe. Its 5 minutes from everything and the house has everything you need. We will return for sure

Excellent 3Br house in LaFortuna

My huband, myself and 2 sons (ages 18 and 20) staryed at Villa Ensueno for 3 nights. The house, pool and outdoor area are great! Very clean and well-maintained. We didnt have a chance to use the outdpor kitchen, but it looks lovely! There is also a well-equipped bonus bathroom in the pool area. It was perfect for our family's needs. The house is in a great location for all the major attractions in the area. We had a rental car from San Jose airport, and we used Waze for directions to get around. Mario and Matius were highly responsive. We also enjoyed the hummingbirds at the house. Thank you for hosting us at your lovely home!
