Nothing negative to say about our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel grounds were lush and clean. The thermal oils and jacuzzi were incredible. Nothing to complain about. Would highly recommend this resort. Also, location was great!

Staff are excellent and very helpful. The grounds are immaculate, food was great, and the intimate atmosphere means you can enjoy the pools with a bit of privacy when desired. Perfect spot for a romantic vacation

The staff was as nice and hard working as they could be. However, it was obvious they lacked the training necessary to an effective job. This applies to every department. Also, the food was not good in taste and quality. The breakfast, especially, needs a lot of improvement - especially all of the breads and rolls.

Staff was excellent, very hospitable. Stacy,Justin, David and Jaqueline are who I spoke with usually and they were all terrific! Only downside was my standard for cleanliness. The room was decent but not all the way clean and there was a smell in the shower and near toilets but I guess that’s how it is and the plumbing over there. But also there were water marks and hair in the shower wall, the glass cups weren’t clean they were dusty with stains on them I was pretty disappointed when I first arrived but overall I enjoyed my stay due to the staff and the warm inviting ambiance they have provided. I would recommend the hotel to people I know but the cleanliness would have to be better. If it’s worth anything the housekeepers were lovely as well it was just the standard for myself and the upkeep of the place
