The cottages were well spaced apart with plants/shubbery providing added privacy. The showers provided full size hygiene products that were better quality than what we had brought which came in handy since you end up showering more than expected with all of the expeditions available. The only thing that would be an added bonus is if this property had a laundry facility for guests.

Each cottage is perfectly spaces away from one another and shrubbery around the cottages provides added privacy as well as opportunities to observe wildlife. All of the staff were friendly and personable.

The hotel room was dirty, moldy and anti hygienic. We only spent 7hrs in the hotel because of the hour that we got there 2:45am. The photos of the hotel are from a long time ago because the rooms definitely do not look like the pictures. Horrible would not recommend.

I can not say enough about this property and its staff. The villages are really beautiful with an amazing view of the volcano. The staff is amazing. They did everything to accommodate my family one extra night. Thanks!!!
