Very well situated

The property is very well situated for access to Kerleven beach. Well equipped overall, plenty of towels etc. But no WiFi! This was a problem for us, with online work deadlines which required WiFi! In heavy rain the bedroom balcony leaked water down into the lounge below. The decor was fading yet charming and anyone with allergies might struggle with the cobwebs and dust hovering around. Many of the lamps lacked bulbs. Very well placed for a lovely coffee or food at the Copa restaurant. Perfect position for access to the beautiful beach.

Des vacances formidables

Tout était parfait: la maison très agréable et donnant sur la plage; la beauté de la plage, de la baie; les environs, très agréables également; l'ambiance chaleureuse, sympathique, aussi bien avec les autochtones qu'avec les autres estivants; les nombreuses possibilités d'activités et de promenade.

Maison en mauvais état

La maison proposée à la la location est en mauvais état, mal entretenue et sale. De souris se promènent dans les faux plafonds, mauvais état de fonctionnement du frigidaire, mobilier de jardin cassé, literie sale. La maison se trouve dans la même cours qu'un restaurant de plage, sa ventilation donne sur la maison, donc beaucoup de bruit tard la nuit avec le personnel du restaurant qui remise les bouteilles dans la cours. Nous avons quitté les lieux au bout de deux nuits parce que nous ne dormions pas et que la poussière ambiante et les acariens de la literie ont réveillé de vielles allergies. Seul point positif, l'accès direct à la plage.

Bel emplacement, maison vieillotte

Très bon emplacement, conformément à ce qui était indiqué sur l'annonce, sur la plage. Maison "dans son jus", ce qui ne transparaissait pas dans l'annonce, literie à remplacer, chauffe-eau en panne à l'arrivée ayant nécessité une réparation, intervenue immédiatement de manière efficace par la personne chargée de l'accueil sur place.

Maison spacieuse et bien située

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Jean-Jacques qui est située très proche de la mer. Le restaurant qui jouxte la maison est à recommander, mais ne pas oublier de réserver. La région est très belle.

La bretagne: le paradis!

Très très bien située, mais maison vieillotte et pas très propre, on ne pas laver le linge: ça ne sèche pas. Pas mal de nuisances sonores et olfactives à cause du restaurant qui jouxte la maison. Très bon accueil cependant et très agréable petit jardin.

Séjour très agréable dans cette grande maison familiale idéalement placée, au bord de la plage. Pas de bruit. Jardin clos très agréable. Quelqu'un à disposition rapidement pour essayer de mettre en marche la télévision. Bon accueil, une bouteille de cidre, des galettes et le café préparé à notre arrivée, super sympa... Mais... Pas de détecteur de fumée, OBLIGATOIRE dans toutes les maisons!!! Literie médiocre, Réception des chaines TV très mauvaise. Anomalies électriques, boite de dérivation électrique sans couvercle et cachée derrière la pendule de cuisine. Insectes rampants dans la cuisine. L'annonce manque de détails en ce qui concerne le linge de maison, nous avions nos draps alors qu'ils étaient fourni dans le prix de la location. Pas de détails sur le prix du ménage en option. Nous recommandons, malgré tout, cette location, Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.
