In a small residence located in the center of the village (quiet), close to shops, 400 meters from the beach. Comprising: A small main room with a living area (TV and sofa bed for 1-2 people), a dining area, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-oven, microwave, 2 electric hobs, a built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine. A bedroom with a double bed opening onto a small enclosed loggia with rattan furniture. Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet - A raised sleeping area for teenagers, not suitable for children under 7 (access via ladder), without a skylight but with a window overlooking the living room, with a double mattress on the floor + a single mattress on the floor - Courtyard and sunny terrace with garden furniture - Private parking - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Linens are not provided; rental is available through our partner, please contact us. Heating is charged extra from October 1st to May 31st, based on meter readings. Wi-Fi rental with a 5G box is available: €40/week
