Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alleen de douche is erg krap en was niet schoon(schimmel op de voegen). Er is een heerlijke tuin bij, met verschillende terrassen. De ligging is geweldig. Dichtbij zee in een rustig park, erg mooi aangelgd. Contact met eigenaar is vlot en prettig.

Nous avons apprécié:Bien situé à pied: 10min de la plage et du Spar et 5 min de la grande piscine de la copropriété.Beaucoup d'équipements ce qui est appréciable (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge), moustiquaires aux fenêtres...Magnifique vue de la chambre parentale.Mais nous aons été un peu déçus:le logement manque d'entretien, il fait chaud dans les chambres dont une chambre très petite avec une toute petite fenêtre en hauteur.Il est également dommage que le terrain ne soit pas entretenu.Nous avons eu l'impression que la maison n'avait pas été préparée pour notre arrivée, odeur de renfermé...Gros potentiel, à améliorer.

vacances agréables. Les chambres et salle de bain mériteraient d'être rafraichies et les poignées des portes changées (car elles ferment mal ou pas du tout). La plage n'est pas à 250 mètres mais à presque 600 m. Mais nous avons passé un bon séjour. Nous avons apprécié la jolie plage de Gigaro, ainsi que l'immense piscine, les cours de tennis sans oublier le terrain de boules.

Bon séjour malgré quelques déceptions

La maison reste tout de même très petite mais l’emplacement est parfait avec la plage vraiment pas loin. Nous avons eu quelques désaccords avec les voisins qui ont heureusement pu se résoudre grâce aux gardien de la copropriété.

Super séjour à Gigaro

Mr et Mme BILLIET sont très sympathiques et arrangeants. Le mas est bien équipé, jardin fort agréable avec plusieurs endroits ombragés. Situation idéale proche de la mer (10mn à pied) et de la piscine (5mn). Je recommande !

maison bien placée, bien équipée, descriptif bien réel

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison à 300 m de la belle plage de Gigaro. Nous avons aussi bien profité de la grande piscine de la résidence presque pour nous seuls en cette dernière semaine de juin. A savoir : 2 des chambres sont en effet petites et avec des lits superposés Merci à M. Billiet d'avoir été aussi arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ.
