The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. There were however a few niggles about the location which is voted great on Expedia but
it’s not if you don’t have a car or you’re a non skier. There is no local shop/supermarket/bakery without having to an endure a 25/30 minute walk or get a bus of which were very infrequent (every 1.5 hours) and stop service at 6.45pm, so you can’t even go for dinner in the town really unless you’re happy to walk back up. The propert itself was OK, really HOT to sleep in and no air con. It felt really small too for 6 people, we are fortunately a family but you could not do this with friends. The lights in the communal areas of the property were timed and this was REALLY annoying when you were getting ski’s on/putting them back - you ended up in pitch black, rummaging around for the light switch. In general; if we did return we would stay in the village.

No-one to let us in

To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They then claimed we hadn't paid for the room despite the confirmation issued by your company. There were various miscellaneous hidden extra costs, tourist tax, cleaning fees (although they waved the cleaning fee due to the mix up on arrival).

Appartement 2 chambres pour 5/6 personnes correct en superficie. Il est nécessaire cependant d effectuer un rafraßchissement aux logements afin de les maintenir en bon état. L accueil est ouvert uniquement le matin, pas assez notamment au moment de notre arrivée ou pour commander du pain. Et accueil in joignable par téléphone avant notre arrivée. Dommage

Positifs : bus en bas de la rĂ©sidence gratuit, la vue dĂ©gagĂ©e. NĂ©gatifs : photos mensongĂšres par rapport Ă  notre location,la propretĂ© du logement (poussiĂšre, objets trouvĂ©s dans les lits, Vmc trĂšs sales attention aux allergiques) la vĂ©tustĂ© ( vitre douche cassĂ©e, meuble cuisine moisi,...) la rĂ©ception (caution en espĂšces demandĂ©e !) . Et pour finir, l’etat des lieux de sortie se fait en 5min top chrono (nous comprenons mieux Ă  prĂ©sent pourquoi le logement est dans cet Ă©tat de dĂ©labrement, si la rĂ©ceptionniste n’effectue pas son travail convenablement, un minimum de vĂ©rification doit ĂȘtre effectuĂ©!).
