The Krystel Avel villa is ideally located to enjoy the pleasures of La Baule: 100 m from the beach and 600m from General de Gaulle Avenue! It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with an open kitchen. A closed outdoor space.

From the entrance of the accommodation, you access the living area consisting of a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living and dining space.
The villa is very well equipped, refrigerator with freezer, induction hobs, extractor hood, kettle, oven, toaster, coffee machine: coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, television.
You have a large terrace at the front of the house and a small courtyard at the back.
