You will appreciate its large terrace nestled among the trees, perfect for sharing your meals together.



Ideal for a family stay or with friends, this 63m2 apartment can accommodate up to 4 travellers.



Upon your arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofas and television for your relaxation moments whilst watching a film. The open-plan kitchen leading into the living space is fully equipped and has everything you could need to prepare delicious meals: ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle as well as a **filter coffee maker and Nespresso** are also at your disposal.

You can share your meals at the dining table whilst enjoying the view outside, or you can also take advantage of the large terrace and its outdoor table.



On the night side, the apartment has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen size bed (160x200)

Bedroom 2: equipped with two single beds



A bathroom with bathtub and an independent toilet complete the accommodation. For added comfort, a washing machine and a hair dryer are at your disposal.

To walk along Europe's longest beach and then reach the coves of Pornichet or the wild coast of the Guérande peninsula, you can use the cycle paths. By bike or on foot, you will explore the boulevards and avenues of La Baule whilst breathing in the scents of pines mixed with the salty air.
