Exceptée la propreté (serpillère non passée, dessous de lit non aspirés) le logement est très fonctionnel et adapté à des enfants.
Par contre le 4ieme étage sans ascenseur n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce et si vous avez des problèmes de santé avec en plus des petits enfants en bas âge cela est un vrai problème.

Bel appartement bien placé 4ieme sans ascenseur
Le titre dit presque tout Très bien placé, calme ensolleillé l'annonce ABRITEL ni en Français ni en Anglais ne spécifiait pas le 4ieme sans ascenseur, 5 depuis le parking. (difficile pour des octogénaires!!) La vaiselle n'est pas à la hauteur de ce "tarif justifié" d'appartement. Assiettes 22 cm et verre 10 cc taille enfant. (pas pour un adulte) mobilier de terasse table et chaises minables et rouillés. Petits défauts facilement corrigeables par le proprio. Conciergerie aimable et réactive, ils nous ont monté et déscendu nos bagages. Si les quatre étages ne vous font pas peur c'est un bon choix.
