Très bon accueil de la propriétaire avec visite du local tous volets fermés malgré l'heure(16h) Forte odeur de vinaigre!!on a compris après que c'était pour masquer celle qui venait de la moquette sale de la chambre Cette pièce n'avait pas de chauffage le radiateur est resté froid comme celui de la salle de bain(pas agréable les matins froids pour se doucher) La porte de la chambre restant bloquée ouverte par la moquette(sans doute pour l'odeur d'urine ect.. ) Le robinet de l'évier de la cuisine oscillait de tous côtés et l'évacuation se faisait qu'après un long moment Dommage car cet appartement avec quelques rénovations ( revêtement plastic à la place de la moquette) chauffage central et plomberie révisés un bon coup de nettoyage et moins de fioritures (comme des fleurs en plastiques, des flutes jetables également en plastic sur le mange debout ) on se demande ce que ça fait là Ce n'est pas grand chose mais ça donnerait un meilleur rendu
