Villa in modern style for rent, in the Costa Brava on a central but quiet location, only 200m from the beautiful boulevard and the beach Riells. It is also within walking distance of the old town of L'Escala. The garden is very well taken care of and the private pool is sunny. The house is above the double garage and is accessed via a staircase. After that you’ll find the whole living area on one floor. There is a large terrace with barbecue, which is accessible through the kitchen and living room. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. Up to 6 people.
Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).

Maison très propre. Très bien située à pied a la fois de la plage et du vieux centre. Et du Luna Park quand on a des enfants !
Il y a un énorme sous sol avec table de ping pong bien pour les enfants. Seul bémol pour garer sa voiture pas facile dans la pente en zigzag et rarement de place devant pendant la grosse période estivale . Chambre avec beaucoup de placards.

Urlaubseindrücke
Schönes Haus.Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zwei kleinere Probleme wurden zeitnah beseitigt. Ansonsten alles vorhanden. Allerdings ist die Strasse die am Haus vorbei führt nicht ganz so ruhig. Wenn es mit dem Auto nicht so weit wäre, würden wir gerne wieder kommen.
