Separate and equipped kitchen (with gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). 2 double bedrooms (with a double bed in each). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 shower room (with WC).
Outside: Large private swimming pool of 42 m² with Roman steps and outdoor shower. Sun loungers (minimum 4). Large garden of approximately 950 m² with lawn. Uncovered terrace with large built barbecue and garden furniture. Covered terrace on the other side (at the entrance to the house - see photos). Parking inside the property.
