This villa accommodates 6 people in a simple and neat interior. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a complete equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Outside, you will benefit from a large plot of land of 2000 m² planted with olive trees and a secure private swimming pool. A quiet place for a peaceful holiday in Costa Dorada.
Location and approximate distances: Sea and beach 3 km. Town center, supermarket, restaurants 3 km. Beach 3 km away (Cala Forn). Salou & Cambrils approximately 30 minutes drive. “Port Aventura” amusement park 40 km away.
Areas & comfort: Living space of approximately 90 m². Land of approximately 2000 m². Air conditioning: living room (with programming from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.). Wifi internet.
