It is on the ground floor and has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a private garden, in addition to a multitude of community spaces such as a swimming pool for adults and kids, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, playground and a small supermarket. The bedroom has a double bed and there is a comfortable sofa bed for two guests in the living room. You will find a full bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, heating, smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years.
