House 2 Bedroom Bathroom Lounge and Kitchen off Road Parking Roof Terrace Garden
A Private house with 2 Bedrooms and en-suite Bathroom 2nd bathroom Kitchen Washing Room with additional bathroom facility Lounge, (please note that the lounge is not fully fitted yet) and Kitchen Diner accesses a fenced garden. (please note that a 3rd bedroom is occupied by our housekeeper who lives on site). Our housekeeper can help you with your holiday plans and will even help you with shopping, washing clothes, cooking, etc etc.This is our private home and whilst we will do our best to make you comfortable please note much of our private belongings are still in the house. We have secure off road parking, we have wi-fi and a desk top computer. Television is limited to local channels Russian and Ukrainian. There is some English speaking TV. We are on the end of the phone by skype or facetime to help you with your plans and translation Ukrainin/Russian/English helping you with advice. Several large supermarkets and many other shops are at the end of our street also a large petrol station. Our road is quite and secluded no-though private street. We have two bicycles you can borrow without charge, the river and forest are near our house and offer a very pleasant place to cycle or walk. A bus from the main road which is 10 minutes walk will take you to the metro station or right into Kiev center. The journey time to Kiev centre is about 1 hour by public transport or by car depending on traffic conditions. The main road E40 runs from Kiev to Lvov (Lviv) and then to Poland making our home a convenient place to stop for a rest on your journey. Your booking fee you will pay to us and for all other services you will pay our housekeeper on site.
