The place was easy to find. The room was clean and the place is conveniently located from the city center. Walking distance to most things you need. The room does not have an air conditioner so summers will be very hot. And I ask if I can stay an hour longer to check out I was asked to pay half a day extra that was disappointing. That is the reason why I’m giving three stars for this review.

Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing to make a serious complaint about our booking at Viyana Boutique in Kutahya, Turkey. According to our booking, the accommodation was supposed to provide full board, or at least breakfast, as well as Wi-Fi and hot water. However, none of these services have been provided. When we arrived, two women who did not speak any English took us to a completely different building next to the hotel. It appears to be an apartment building rather than a proper hotel. Our booking was for three people. Initially, we were placed in one apartment with only one bed and one sofa. There was no bedding or bed linen for the sofa, so my son was expected to sleep on the sofa without any proper bedding. Later, we were given a second apartment, and we were relieved because my son could stay there. However, at approximately 1 or 2 a.m., someone came and knocked on our door and told us that we had to leave the second apartment and return to the first one. As a result, we were forced to stay together again, and my son had to sleep on the sofa without any bed linen or proper bedding. There is also no Wi-Fi. We tried to connect to the Wi-Fi, but it does not work and apparently has not even been paid for or activated. This is a serious problem for me because I need a reliable internet connection for my work. The hot water situation is also unacceptable.
