Disliked: Cleanliness
Very disappointed upon arrival to see the condition of the house. We left after only being there for an hour and were forced to stay in a hotel. The Host was not cooperative when messaging and claimed that the cleaning crew did not do a good job. We have asked for a full refund multiple times and the host has not responded. Unacceptable Examples The whole house had a distinct odor Trash can full of filth Floors we covered in grime and sticky film throughout Counter tops greasy Bugs/Flies everywhere Mice feces in the bathroom Internal temp 88 degrees AC was off with no instructions Trash in the backyard Refrigerator Filthy Pots and pans rusted and covered in GrimeDO NOT STAY HERE !!!!! We NEED our Money Back ASAP
