The room was clean, as was the hallway and lobby. I wanted an extra pillow and after I called down for one they were at my door within minutes. The location of the hotel is central to evetything.

Great for business travelers to Kulim Hi-Tech Park

Basic but acceptable hotel within range of the Kulim Hi-tech industrial park. It lacks a cafe / dining resources, but has eateries / street side burger stand outside. No decent breakfast in the area for business travelers needing a bite before heading to work.

I swaped 3 rooms on the 1st floor before settling on the 4th room on the 2nd floor. 1st room had cigarette smell Wifi also didn't really work well. Took time to connect or had blind connection spots 2nd room had store room smell 3rd room had damp cloth smellnkroom

For the price we paid it was great and had what we needed. It felt pretty safe as the hotel has it's own compound. The staff were friendly and there is a restaurant just beside the hotel.
