Kuhmo 33 km north, Nivanvirta (25 m) which is between Iivantiira lake and Lentuajärvi lake, deep water, hard bottom, beach patio, pier and own boat.
Log chalet 2004, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 beds, a loft with 2 mattresses, sauna (electric stove), bathroom, terrace.
The villa has genuine green plants.
The price of charging the electric car is to be agreed separately with the owner (16 A plug, red “construction site plug”).
A cozy villa by a large lake. Gas grill and a small campfire on the beach. Sandy, child-friendly beach 1.2 km. Outbuildings are traditional log sheds. Internet connection (5G, Wi-Fi) and DNA TV hub in the cottage. In the cottage, municipal water supply (groundwater); the water is of good quality!
For fishers:
Excellent fishing lakes and rapids in the nearby area. Iivantiira Lake is renowned walleye trolling water. The beautiful and well-known rapids of the village, Vuonteenkoski (3 km) and Kaarneenkoski (3 km) and Nivanvirrat.
