We loved our stay at Raaya. The property is lovely. Clean, modern and well-kept. The beaches and waters surrounding the island are pristine and simply beautiful. We stayed at one of the over water villas with direct access to the ocean and snorkeled to our heart’s content (saw plenty of fish, and even rays). Spa services were fantastic, got 2 massages and totally worth it, some of the friendliest staff worked there. Food at the three restaurants on the property was great and service was good. This was our second time in the Maldives and we had a blast.

From the moment we arrived at Raaya by Atmosphere, we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes. The hospitality set the tone for what would become an unforgettable stay in paradise. Our beach villa with a private pool was the perfect sanctuary for our family. Surrounded by breathtaking views and thoughtfully designed amenities, it offered both comfort and elegance. The room was impeccably clean, and the snacks and minibar were a delightful touch. Raaya strikes a beautiful balance between privacy and vibrant energy. Whether we wanted quiet moments or a lively atmosphere, the resort delivered. The sports facilities kept us entertained well into the evening, with paddle tennis, football, and mini golf among the highlights. Dining at Raaya was a daily joy. The buffet consistently impressed with its variety and freshness, especially the desserts—some of the best we've ever had in a buffet setting. While the meat in some dishes was not the best quality, the sauces more than compensated, bursting with flavour and perfectly complemented by freshly made naans and rotis. The resort’s restaurants were exceptional, with The Village and Ampersand being particular favourites. Ampersand dazzled. One of the most admirable aspects of Raaya is its commitment to sustainability. From eco- conscious architecture and energy-efficient systems to locally sourced ingredients and community engagement, the resort embodies responsible luxury.

RAAYA Life with Chef Shyamal and the Juice King was awesome. At RAAYA by Atmosphere, this place is a home away from home when you feel like family. This is the best vacation experience, and I have been taking exotic vacations for years. RAAYA life experience would not have been the same without Chef Shyamal, Anky, Mohan, Juice King and many others including Kaka from house keeping.

It was our first time to visit the Maldives. We absolutely enjoyed and loved our stay in the water villa. The staff was extremely friendly and so attentive. Mohan and Saif took pride in their work and always made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this resort.

First impressions were good, lovely arrival to a beautiful resort. Overwater pool villa was breathtaking and very well equipped Restaurants were very good most of the time. Staff were mostly polite. Weather was not on our side which is out of their control thus meaning sunset/fishing cruises were understandably cancelled. Strange that the paid for boat trips most went ahead! Everyday activities were cancelled without knowledge host failed to inform us. We would only find out by trying to attend. Excuse was always the weather. Football is played in rain,but was cancelled, although again the staff game went ahead! Water aerobics was not even raining when this should have been played. No staff turned up. Billiards which is undercover in sports bar was cancelled. Only found out by attending. This is ridiculous, the weather has no baring on this and was not raining at time. We complained and staff members then put on Archery which is strange considering this is an outside activity but the billiards which is undercover was cancelled. Overall we had a good holiday but this part overshadowed our stay, I’m not sure we would return. Day of depart a storm came in, asked if we could be picked up by a buggy as we had over 20hrs travel ahead, we were told no use an umbrella, hence travelling wet! Told seaplane 9.35am for 12.35am inter flight. Not enough time, we nearly missed check in at Male had to keep it open for us. We had to run to make it. Very stressful end to a special holiday!

Friendly welcoming and perfect resort for families and couples. The all inclusive option is a great. Rooms are well kept and good size with beautiful views. Options of both over water and beach villas - over water pool villa was the better option. Cannot fault it and would definitely recommend.
