Convenience location near to the main road

Hot water filter & pipe in the bathroom is not function at all. I've manage to complained to the staff & they allowed us to use another room but disappointing because out of 3 empty room none of the water filter is functioning! Finally I've to boil a water with a cattle that I took from another room since my room don't have that cattle facilities. I hope the management will read this and action to the matters.
